A surcharge of € 25 per night applies for a single room.

The resort tax is € 3,00 per day and per person is due upon departure and will figure separately on the invoice. Children and youngsters under the age of 14 are exempt from the fee.

Kids watch out! Children who sleep in the same room as their parents and stay at least 3 days get a discount!

Children up to 2 years: free of charge; up to 6 years 50%; up to 9 years 30% and up to 12 years 20%.

• For stays of less than 3 days, a surcharge of € 20 for half-board will be added to the room with breakfast.
• As of 01.01.2014, there is a resort fee in South Tyrol. The revenues from the local tax are used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. The local tax will be charged per guest and night, directly by the accommodation facilities. The amount of this local tax is determined by the category of operation. Children and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due upon departure and is specified separately on the invoice.
• On the day of arrival, the rooms await you until 3 pm at the latest. If you are unable to arrive before 7 pm on the day of arrival, we kindly ask you to let us know.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out until 10 am.

• Up to 2 months before the start of your holiday, cancellation is free of charge.
• From 2 months to 7 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 70% of the total price.
• For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 90% of the booking price will be charged.
• In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, the total amount (i.e., 100%) will be charged.
• Please note: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are rented again in whole or in part.
• In any case, we retain a processing fee of € 5.
